What is your return policy?

All items may be returned within 2 weeks of the date of purchase for store credit. For on-line orders, the two weeks begins the date the customer receives the item. Shipping costs, if incurred, will not be refunded, and payment for return shipment is the responsilibity of the customer.

We take Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. For in store purchases we accept cash, of course.

Can I buy a gift certificate? Can I redeem a gift certificate on-line?

Yes, we do sell gift certificates both in shop and over the phone. To redeem a gift certificate on-line, you must either call or e-mail us. You will then be given a unique coupon/discount code. Simply use the code at the time of check-out, and the certificate amount will be deducted from your total.
Do you design the items yourself?

No. Although the majority of our items are handcrafted, our hands were not involved in the creation. Our carefully chosen list of designers is comprised mostly of smaller/newer names, although we do have some more established brands in the fold. The majority of our designers are based in three regions: Massachussetts - specifically the Boston area; New York City; and California.
