All items may be returned within 2 weeks for merchandise credit. For on-line orders, this means the two weeks begin the date the customer receives the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded, and payment for return shipments are the responsilibity of the customer.

No. Although the majority of our items are handcrafted, our hands were not involved in the creation. Our carefully chosen list of designers is comprised mostly of smaller/newer names, although we do have some more established brands in the fold. The majority of our designers are based in three regions: Massachussetts - specifically the Boston area; New York City; and California. (See our 'designers' page for a full list of all these talented people)
I don't have a Google email address. Can I still check out online using Google Checkout?
You do not need a Google email address in order to use Google Checkout. You can use your regular email address, but will need to create a password and profile in order to process your order.

Can I buy a gift certificate? Can I redeem a gift certificate on-line?
Yes, we do sell gift certificates. Each gift certificate comes with a unique coupon/discount code. Simply use the code at the time of check-out, and the certificate amount will be deducted from your total. If the amount of your purchase is less than that of the certificate amount, the code will be adjusted to the new balance to be used on your next purchase. Due to the parameters set forth by Google checkout, shipping costs are not covered by gift certificates and will be charged upon checkout.
