About Us

Owner Erin Darcy is a Rhode Island native who's been fashion- conscious since birth. She moved to Boston 7 years ago after getting a BS in Business Management from Stonehill College. With the help of her sister, Marissa, she opened the boutique's first location at 314 Newbury St. in October 2008.

Using her eye for quality and innovation, Erin has chosen to showcase a mix smaller designers. While some are new and some more established, the combination of viewpoints make Rapt simultaneously diverse and selective. The resulting collection of jewelry and handbags serve to punctuate each customer's individual style.

To further promote this ideal of personal expression through accessorizing, the majority of pieces in the store are handmade, which means that these stylish creations are truly unique.

Although Rapt recently lost its lease on Newbury St., we will continue to sell through our online store until another location has been secured.
